Hi! My name is Cassidy Case and I'm an  NY-based Illustrator specializing in children's illustration and book design.  After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a  BFA in Communication Arts and Painting, I left Virginia to pursue my dreams of artistry in New York. I completed two finished children's books "Normal Girl" and "Marley in Space". Once I moved, I directed my work to galleries and dived into archival works and design. With my multitude of passions I now turned my attention to making picture books and painting regularly.

My illustration style is influenced by my background in comic books and passion for classic picture books, aiming to relate to the experience of girlhood and growing up. I am most inspired by my love for animals, folk stories, and the love of friendship.
